I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hasenstrick, a hidden gem in the heart of Zurich. Nestled halfway up Bachtel Hill, this hotel boasts incredible views over Lake Zurich and beyond. The ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming, offering a delightful mix of Swiss specialities and international cuisine. During my visit, I indulged in a dish that showcased local flavors, and I appreciated the use of seasonal ingredients. Breakfast was well-prepared and satisfying, setting a solid foundation for my day exploring this stunning region. The outdoor seating allowed me to enjoy my meal while taking in the breathtaking scenery, an experience that felt so authentic. The staff made my stay enjoyable with their attentiveness, ensuring I felt right at home. Free WiFi was a bonus, keeping me connected.
